Product Warranty for Trackster Global IoT System Warranty Duration: - PCB (Printed Circuit Board): 25 years from the date of purchase. - Battery: 2 years from the date of purchase. Software Subscription: Annual subscription with full support and updates, renewed each year. Warranty Coverage: Trackster Global LLC (hereafter referred to as "the Company") warrants that the IoT device (hereafter referred to as "the Product") you have purchased will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, subject to the terms and conditions outlined in this warranty. What is Covered: - Any defects in the PCB that affect the functionality of the Product for a duration of 25 years. - Battery failures within 2 years from the date of purchase that result in the Product becoming inoperable. - Annual software subscription includes access to updates and full technical support throughout the subscription period. What is Not Covered: - Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or unauthorized modifications. - Damage due to acts of nature, accidents, or other external causes. - Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage that does not affect performance. - Products with missing or altered serial numbers. - Software issues arising from failure to renew the annual subscription or out of date operating systems. Software Subscription Details: • Upon purchase, you will receive a software subscription valid for one year. Renewal is required annually to continue receiving software updates and technical support. • The renewal fee will be provided at the time of renewal and may be subject to change. Claim Process: 1. Provide proof of purchase, including the original sales receipt and details of the issue you are experiencing with the Product. 3. The Company may request the return of the Product for inspection. Remedies: Upon validation of your warranty claim, the Company will, at its discretion, repair or replace the Product or its components, or issue a refund based on the original purchase price. Limitation of Liability: The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the Product, to the extent permitted by law.
